After that, delivery time depends on the country: 3 to 8 business days for France, Belgium and Luxembourg; 5 to 10 business days for Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal and Ireland; 7 to 15 business days for the United States. A tracking email is sent as soon as your order ships.

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, no explanation needed. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense: €10 per returned order, deducted from the refund amount. If an item is defective or not as described, the return and refund are entirely free.
