Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without needing to justify your reason. 'We aim to respond to your enquiries within 24 to 48 business hours'.

For the return to be accepted:

• The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
• The product must be in new condition to allow it to be resold.
• The purchase invoice must be included with the parcel.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Return fee: Return costs are the customer's responsibility for any return request, including in the case of a defective, damaged or non-conforming item. The return cost is set at 10 € per returned order and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a damaged parcel or an item with a defect, you can request an exchange or refund. Contact us by email at avelinemaxence5@gmail.com with photos of the issue to help speed up processing.

Refund

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be made to your original payment method. Processing time may vary from 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
