Orders ship within 24 to 48h. After that, delivery time depends on the country: 3 to 8 business days for France, Belgium and Luxembourg; 5 to 10 business days for Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal and Ireland; 7 to 15 business days for the United States. A tracking email is sent as soon as your order ships.

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, no explanation needed. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense: €10 per returned order, deducted from the refund amount. If an item is defective or not as described, the return and refund are entirely free.

In accordance with French law, all our products benefit from a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
