Orders ship within 24 to 48h. A tracking email is sent as soon as your order ships.

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, no explanation needed. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense: €10 per returned order, deducted from the refund amount. If an item is defective or not as described, the return and refund are entirely free.
